Too many satellite dishes on your property? We solve that problem by consolidating multiple units into a single dish that is shared by other Elauwit Networks subscribers on the property and/or building. Elauwit Networks owns and maintains this hardware as well as provides local support to the residents. Residents are only billed for all their services by digital video service provider*.

Digital Bulk

Elauwit Networks provides a digital base package (each resident has a digital box) at a discounted rate to the property owner/HOA management, who is responsible for payment. Residents may upgrade individually at their own discretion and are billed directly by the digital video service provider* for upgrades.

Analog Bulk

Provides an analog base package at a discounted rate to the property owner/HOA management, who is responsible for payment; residents may upgrade individually at their own discretion and are billed directly by the digital video service provider* for these upgrades. The signal is distributed via a head-end system where the property owner/HOA chooses the channels to be mapped (typically less than 60).

Elauwit Networks has a wide range of internet speeds available. Depending upon your community and your needs, Elauwt Networks can provide everything from community-wide wireless to individual internet speeds to each tenant. Elauwit Networks will also be able to monitor not only our own equipment, but also the equipment of the tenants, knowing very quickly if they are experiencing difficulties and issuing a trouble ticket immediately to solve the problem.
